Kama Kaczmarczyk

Kama Kaczmarczyk will offer guided assistance during the MBA session with Alexander Manu and will share her passion for advancing women.

European heart. Canadian soul. World spirit. Kama was born and raised in Poland. Driven by passion to understand customers and develop experiences that are both ethical and socially responsible, she naturally gravitated to conceptual and human-centric design. Her love for art and design led her to OCAD University in Toronto where she completed a Bachelor of Design degree in Industrial Design.

Upon graduation in 2016 Kama became the youngest Design Strategist at the Digital Factory, Scotiabank’s digital hub. She specializes in deep customer insights and emotional intelligence; foresight, emerging trends and potential shifts in the marketplace; and developing best practices in inclusive design. In addition to conducting research, she regularly participates in cross functional workshops to generate ideas.

Kama Kaczmarczyk will share with us her latest research on women in the workplace and her project on creating a community to empower women in STEM. https://digitalfactory.scotiabank.com/
