Modupe Adeyemo is an experienced banker, having worked in the industry for 22 years at various levels of management. She worked as Deputy Head of Account Department, Head of Treasury, Head of Operations and Branch Manager at MBC International Bank and then at First Bank Nigeria Ltd. In 2015 she gave up her corporate career to focus on training, consulting and humanitarian work.

Modupe is the founder and Executive Vice President of Demmy Joe Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that caters for the families of prison inmates. Providing for their basic needs and paying school fees of their children while re-orientating them through counselling and free trainings. Since 2003 she is also involved in volunteer work at the Daystar Academy – a Christian organisation helping youths find purpose in life.

Modupe Adeyemo is one of the few certified facilitators in Lwt – Lead without a title academy by Robin Sharma – who is no.5 on the list of the most influential leadership speakers in the world. Lwt conference in Toronto is where Modupe met Joanna Kalkstein in 2014.

Modupe will be returning to Poland in 2018 as the co-host of our next AbD event.
