Prab Chandhok

Prab Chandkok will energise us and share a story about our internal agreements that determine our habits and outcomes.

Prab trained in Human Sciences and subsequently graduated as a Chiropractor in 2001. Very actively involved in applying his knowledge through working with athletes, both children and adults. He was part of the medical team for the London 2012 Olympic games, the World Sports Games in Riga 2018, and the London 2017 Parathletic World Championships. He believes that only through working with our daily habits are we able to tackle the musculo-skeletal pain epidemic that is rapidly perpetuating through our society.

Prab’s journey of personal development started with reading the Monk who Sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma. He has attended personal and entrepreneur focused development events annually. In his personal and professional pursuits, he is fully committed to self-mastery. He was inspired by our key note speaker Dr Greg Wells and went on to complete the London Marathon in good time after only 10 weeks training and guidance from Greg. As our Faculty member, Prab will focus on helping us all become more mindful of our bodies. Understanding better how posture and habits can affect not only our physical but mental agility, creativity, and efficiency. Prab will work with us on and off the stage providing priceless advice on new organisational mindset in relation to health, fitness, diet and posture.
